Do I need to be present for cleaning?

We’re flexible and happy to work with each client to find the plan that fits them best! Whether you’d like to meet our team when they arrive, leave the door unlocked, or set up a different arrangement, it's completely up to you!

What if I need to cancel my cleaning?

We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your cleaning. However, we completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes last-minute cancellations are unavoidable!

Do I need to put down a deposit?

We don’t require a deposit to book your cleaning! Payment is due on the day services are provided, and while you're welcome to pay beforehand, you’re not required to do so until after your cleaning is complete.

Does Pragmatic provide services outside of Fargo, ND?

We’re proud to serve the Fargo-Moorhead area and offer cleaning services to all locations within these cities. We also travel to nearby towns within a 20-mile radius with little to no travel fees. For larger one-time jobs, we’re happy to extend our services up to 3 hours from our office!

How should I plan to pay for services?

We aim to keep things simple when it comes to payment! You can pay with cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or by card through our easy online invoicing system—whatever works best for you!
